Hi, I'm Rachel Hyman
You shouldn’t have to lead change on your own.
As a fellow theology major, I know what studying to become a pastor is like. We’re trained in Hebrew and Greek, and given too little training on how to align a church around a strategic vision. With 15 years of working in ministry geared towards seculars, I've become passionate about helping churches get back to their mission Christ gave in Matthew 28- to make disciples.
I became a Certified Church Consultant through Church Consultant University so I could start helping pastors and church boards learn strategies for growth, organizational health and advancing their overall mission.
I currently work half-time for the Minnesota Conference as an outreach coordinator and as the Associate Director of the Hebrew Bible Institute, a ministry of the North American Division. The other half of my time, I am helping churches relaunch their mission to grow their churches, and I'd love to help yours as well.
